(herein stated as “Veneta”) sells products branded as Pelletteria Veneta, or other brands property of Pelletteria Veneta (“Products”) throughout a number of exclusive and directly owned shops. www.pelletteriaveneta.com internet page is property of Pelletteria veneta srl legally registered in San Marco 4269 30121 Venice, Italy. It’s products can be purchased online on the e-shop section of the www.pelletteriaveneta.com (“Online Boutique”). Veneta holds the right to offer a selection of its articles and on the other hand exclude some other categories from the e-shop. Usage of the online shopping procedure as described in this document, is exclusively reserved to private customers or authorized resellers (below indicated as “customers”), acting solely for in therir behalf and residing within the european union.
Validity of the present conditions
The following conditions apply to all of the sales of Pelletteri Veneta’s products held throughout www.pelletteriaveneta.com, with shipping inside the european union.
It is a customer’s responsibility to accurately examine said conditions before completing the online shopping procedures. Completing an order through Pelletteria Veneta online shop, implies the customer has read and accepts all the present conditions. The customer is held responsible for following the present conditions and it is also clear that Veneta does not have to follow any other conditions unless previously written in an agreement. Veneta holds the right to evaluate and accept the orders and will communicate to the customers in case an order could not be accepted.
Following art. 53 of the italian “Codice del Consumo”, at the time of contract’s execution, the customer will receive a written confirmation stating: product ordered, total payement with detailed product price and shipping expenses, together with instructions of the return of the products and contacts to present complaints or receive informations about existing commercial warranty.
Orders placed Monday to Friday, before 1:00 PM (italian time – GMT+1) will be shipped the same day. After said time, orders will be shipped the following working day. As a general rule, times for delivery from the moment the confirmation email is received, depend on the chosen shipping method.
Orders can be delayed due to festivities.
Orders can be on hold in case of fortuituous or unexpected events. Veneta will inform customers of said events within 7 days of the event itself. If delay of the order is longer than 15 working days, the customer can cancel the order and ask for a refund of what has been paid.
Prices of the products include taxes unless differently stated. Shipping expenses are not included.
Veneta’s official currency is Euro. For Countries not using Euro, the exchange rate depends on the customer’s credit card rate.
Prices are constantly monitored to be correct, nevertheless errors can occur. In such case, the customer will receive a notice and can decide whether to confirm his purchase with the correct price or cancel his order.
Payments can be processed exclusively with credit card. The amount will be charged when the order is prepared for shipment.
To avoid frauds, payments through www.pelletteriaveneta.com will be managed by the bank or any other Companies nominated by Pelletteria Veneta (below “online payment management company”). Said Companies are responsible for the conservation and automatic processing of the informations pertaining each orders, including financial informations, inside a secured environment.

Transport and Delivery methods
For the delivery of his purchases, the client can choose his own residence or home, workplace or the private address of the person of his choice, whose residence or domicile is within the European Union.
The delivery of products takes place at the address indicated by the client only following correct registration of payment of the order concerned.
In the case in which, at the moment of delivery, the exterior of the package is damaged, the client must proceed to open the package in the presence of the delivery personnel in order to check the state of the product contained within.
In the event that the product is found damaged, the customer is required to detail in writing, on the delivery note all damages detected. Pelletteria Veneta will repair or replace any product that has been damaged or lost during the shipment carried out by our carrier, providing that the customer has notified in writing, by email to firstname.lastname@example.org, damage or loss within the 24 hours following the date of delivery (in case of damage) or within 24 hours after the date of anticipated delivery to the customer at the time the order has been forwarded (if lost), through the appropriate form if made available by Pelletteria Veneta.
In the case of damage to the product, the client is also requested to provide Pelletteria Veneta with the receipt or other documents regarding the product in question, along with the original packaging.
Customers must also verify that the products received match those covered by the order made. In the event that the Products delivered do not comply with the order, the customer must notify by phone or e-mail Customer Service Pelletteria Veneta and return the products in question under the conditions stated in the “Warranty” of these general conditions of sale.
Pelletteria Veneta warranty guarantees that the products are free from defects and fit for the use to two years from the date of delivery, except all the parts subject to normal wear and with the exclusion of the lining. The warranty provides for repair of the Product, unless Pelletteria Veneta, at its sole discretion, decides it is most convenient to provide for the complete replacement of the Product with another Product equivalent. Costs for labor and transportation are included in the warranty.
Right of Withdrawal
The Pelletteria Veneta Online Boutique wishes to guarantee maximum satisfaction to its clients.
If for any reason the client is not satisfied with the order, or in the unfortunate case of products being sent that do not conform to those requested, they can return the purchased product within 14 (fourteen) days of the date of delivery, in accordance of the rules laid out in article 64 of the Consumers’ Code.

Pelletteria Veneta will refund the price originally paid by the consumer including freight cost, within 14 days from the day Pelletteria Veneta is informed of the consumer’s decision to exercise the right of withdrawal, using the same payment method used by the consumer, save the case in which the consumer has expressly requested a different payment method, subject to adequate evidence of the return of the product given by the consumer within the same term. It being understood that Pelletteria Veneta will not refund supplementary cost of freight in case the consumer has requested a freight method more expensive than the one offered by Pelletteria Veneta.
The customer will then receive a notice from Pelletteria Veneta with the authorization for the return, accompanied by a special return label for FREE RETURNS with which it intends to ship the items back.
The client can choose autonomously the delivery carrier. The client doesn’t need to charge UPS with delivery but we recommend choosing a carrier that provides tracking and advice of receipt services.
All risks related to returns are charged to the customer
The refund is made on the corresponding customer credit card account used for payment.
It is understood in all cases that, according to what is laid out in article 67 of the Consumers’ Code, the integrity of the product is an essential condition for exercising the right to withdrawal on the part of the client. For this reason, any product returned by the client which has been used or damaged will not be reimbursed.
